Q: How will you market my property?
A: Budget Realty will place your property in the Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com, and place a sign in the yard.

Q. Will my property get the exposure it needs to sell?
A. Yes, Most buyers start their search for properties by going to the Internet or talking to a Realtor. Many web sites used for searching get their information from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The biggest one is Realtor.com. Therefore when we place your property in the MLS it is not just Realtors who will see it, but anyone with access to the Internet.

Q. How can you charge such a low commission? What is the catch?
A. There is no catch. We run a very efficient operation with low overhead. We only work with sellers that are committed to selling their property in 120 days or less. We don't have any salaried employees, national franchise fees, or lease on large office space.

Q. Do you charge any upfront fees or $295 processing fees?
A. No

Q. Will other Agents show my property?
A. Yes, We offer Buyer Agents a full commission of 3% so agents have an equal incentive to show and sell our listings.

Q: Does the amount of my Real Estate commission depend upon who sells my property?
A: The policy of Budget Realty is to never charge more than a 4% commission no matter who sells your property. There are offices in town that advertise 4% commission, but charge 5% or more if another office sells the property.

Q: How is the 4% commission split?
A: Budget Realty pays the selling agent 3% commission and we only keep a 1% listing commission. There are other offices that call themselves discount that charge a 4% commission but they keep 2% commission for themselves and only pay the selling agent 2%. This is outrageous! They want to look like discount agents but instead of discounting their own listing commission they are discounting the financial incentive for agents to show and sell your property.

Q. Do you work with buyers?
A. Yes, we show our own listings, and we can also show any listing on the Multiple Listing Service.
